“Online purchase, including finance application, was smooth, clear and easy. The product arrived in good working order. The only reason not 5 stars is because the Next working day delivery failed me which cost me a weekend and Delivery tracking wasn’t amazing so I had to wait in all day.”

“As usual delicious very was prompt and perfectly timed. However, for the first time ever I received goods that had been damaged in transit. Probably as a result of poor packaging at Riverside. However, I am able to mark the performance on the whole as Good primarily because Riverside resolved the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. Thank you”

“We ordered a BBQ but unfortunately it was lost by DPD. However, Riverside replaced it although it took a couple of extra days to sort out.”

“Would have been a 5 star rating, but for the somewhat misleading 'next day' delivery service. OK, so it's all there in the delivery section small print on the website, but I think the estimated delivery date could be included in the order confirmation email.”

“Hi ordered as I have done in the past and have always been very happy, slight clinch this time as I didn’t have next day delivery, palletways where unhelpful and my email to riverside never received a reply, that let the side down this time I’m afraid! Hence 4 and not 5 stars!”

“Well organised website, a good product range and next day delivery on many items. Their sales support team answered the phone quickly and appeared to be efficient, but I had to ring back because an item (green Alexander Rose steamer chair cushions in olefin fabric) that they said would soon reappear on their website did not reappear even after a week. Not sure whether fault was with Alexander Rose or Riverside as the sales assistant had told me that she had spoken to Alexander Rose who would be supplying more cushions soon.”
