“The outdoor furniture cover I ordered is brilliant, a very heavy duty peice if kit. The delivery however was a complete screwup, Riverside used DPD to deliver this product to me... well, to someone any way. it took over a week before someone in my village brought me my delivery which was left on there doorstep. DPD were very little help when it came to locating where there driver had delivered it. before placing any future orders with Riverside I will be checking to see which delivery service they use.”

“The table is of good quality but there is no indication of which way up the central legs strengthening circle should be, so we had to dismantle it and turn it the other way up! Simple marking (not in black!) would sort out this problem.”

“Very good website, but I was surprised to hear, after placing my order, that the 5 day delivery time was from the manufacturer to Riverside and not from Riverside to the customer. The delivery to me was however cconvenient.”

“The grill was ordered and delivered very quickly. The warming rack sort of fits the 57cm kettle BBQ, seems a bit smaller so takes up some room on the BBQ itself.”

“very quick service with one major issue - delivery information. After order accepted, day before delivery, emailed that it will only be to kerbside. Driver will not take pallet across gravel. This would be OK, but driver arrived in 45 foot HGV which could not get down our driveway, which happens to be gravel. The lorry is too big to make domestic deliveries. Fortunately, driver did move the pallet along the drive and all ended OK - only thanks to him. This needs to be clearer at time of order or it needs to come on a smaller lorry - we do not usually have problems and have had big construction vehicles to our house over numerous years.”
