“We purchased a BBQ from Riverside at a great price and the product is perfect. We love our Weber Gas BBQ! However there were some issues with the delivery, as the delivery company had to be chased because they didn’t deliver everything the same time. That said, Riverside’s customer services team did a great job chasing the delivery company for us.”

“Fast delivery and product as described. The only issue was that the GBS grate on the grill was slightly bent and the outer packaging had obvious signs of forced entry. Unsure whether this was DPD or riverside but nothing was missing and I managed to bend the grate to more or less the shape it should be. Still happy with my purchase as it was an excellent price.”

“Good quality garden furniture at reasonable prices. Delivered on time. Dropped one star because the delivery is by pallet to the curt side, so you need to have help to bring in your package if heavy. And there seemed to be an excessively large amount of packaging involved, which was left for our disposal (including the pallets!)”

“Good price and quick delivery. Only drawback was the condition of the box and the GBS grate on the grill was bent slightly. Not sure if this was down to Riverside or DPD, but it's not affected the usability.”

“It is a very good garden centre, easy to find your way in, but not so easy to find your way out! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to bring something back because it was the wrong size. This was done with a smile. It is a very friendly place with an excellent range of everything you would exp[ect in a garden centre”
