“I had been looking for a period of time for a new barbeque but was unsure what type to go for. After looking at so many websites, I kept returning to Riverside due to the vast amount of choice that they had to offer but also the availability of stock as well. When it comes to price, it doesn't matter which retailer you use to buy Weber products they are all about the same. As promised the barbeque arrived the following day by DPD at the time stated on the email. I cannot fault Riverside for their website or delivery service and will definitely look to use their company again in the future.”

“Items are always delivered promptly. I used the chat option previously as the item I'd wanted was out of stock and the lady I spoke to was very friendly. The item is a surprise for my husband so we haven't used it yet but we know Weber are great products.”

“After scouring the internet for a pellet smoker in the UK and doing lots of research the only company that was interested in my custom and had the exact smoker i wanted in stock was Riverside. They replied within 5 minutes of my email about availability and delivery of the Weber Smokefire EX6 and the cost etc, and apologised for not being able to deliver next day but it was 3.30pm in the afternoon and covid lockdown restrictions. I purchased the Weber Smokefire with the extras i’d asked for, grill cover, front shelves and pizza stone. It was delivered within 48 hours. Well done Riverside and thank you.”
