“Great customer service. Our BBQ arrived quickly but unfortunately, the lid was damaged in transit. I contacted customer service who immediately ordered a replacement lid, with no hesitation, this was sent directly from Weber. We received this within 1 week. Thanks, my husband is very happy with his birthday present.”

“I have had 3 bbqs from Riverside,fantastic place to deal with any thing wrong or missing is delt with straight away, I have bought rubs seasoning from them.the are just one of the bes0t for a demonstration of how to use your grill properly and get the best results.”
