“I have to say I'm amazed! I visited Riverside back in the summer - the item I wanted was OOS, but the lovely staff took my E mail address and said they would contact me when the item was available. Imagine my surprise when 8 months later I received a mail saying it was acailable. I ordered it, received within 3 days. Fab service Riverside, well done indeed.”
