“Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered panels to cover ugly fence panels in a newly created sitting area. So easy to put up and look amazing in a spot where I couldn't plant anything. Free delivery arrived next day after ordering just before 3pm...WOW. So pleased with the service, quality and result. Highly recommend product and Riverside.”

“I have had an Alexander Rose table for a few years and it has been outside the whole time and is used almost daily. Apart from a little loss of the sheen its as good as the day I bought it. I bought another from Riverside for my daughter. Pre ordered with Riverside in late May for June delivery and received the table on 23rd June. Good service and no fuss.”

“Excellent service - delivered within a couple of days despite a warning of 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Any then very helpful when I messed up a screw, and needed a replacement. Plus the bench we bought is very high quality, and good value.”

“The BBQ I ordered was sent out on the same day I ordered it which was a Sunday afternoon and I received it the next day. Such an amazing service. I emailed customer service team with a query and Ellie replied immediately- fancy that! Amazing service at a good price, I will recommend to all my friends and family. You can certainly buy with confidence.”

“I’m very pleased with the Alexander Rose garden table. The parasol fits snuggly in the central hole with no wobble at all because of the adjustable feet. It’s a good solid piece of garden furniture.”

“OK for day to day, but if you go for anything to heavy the skewers will bend, they are quite thin, and because of this the meat etc doesn't retain its position on the skewers and starts to roll round the skewer as it rotates, cut the meat into smaller lighter cubes and it should be fine, I however prefer larger chunks so will have to experiment to solve the problem,”

“Order was delivered promptly. The only room for improvement I could mention, is that you don't receive a confirmation email or receipt direct from them (Could be because I used Amazon pay?). I would have liked this confirmation receipt for my records.”

“Very impressed with Riverside. The Weber BBQ I wanted was in stock (at many places it wasn't, including through Weber direct), and it was a great price. I ordered on the Saturday and received a call the same day to arrange delivery which was made on the Monday. BBQ taken through to the back garden and placed right where I wanted it. Efficient and with no fuss. I also ordered a cover which was delivered at the same time. I will order again from these guys - great service and great prices with top notch customer service. Very happy.”
