“Ten stars if I could give them. I ordered some garden furniture, which showed a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. I was delighted when I got a dispatch note about 2 days, and the furniture was delivered less than a week after ordering. I’ve since ordered a couple of other things and had the same great service - lots of helpful communication about the order and the delivery, high quality goods delivered on time. But my real compliments come as a result of a problem. When I was building the furniture, I discovered that one of the pieces was broken. This caused my heart to sink as I’d already completed most of the guild. I phone Riverside (on a Saturday afternoon), and they answered straight away, were very sympathetic and asked me to send a photo of the damage. I did this, they contacted the manufacturer, and have arranged for a replacement part to be sent out directly to me. This is the kind of service that makes me recommend Riverside really highly - not only do they deliver great service in a standard order, but more importantly, they have the best attitude when there is a problem. They took complete ownership of the problem, worked quickly to sort it out, and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly, highly recommended, and so different from many other suppliers who disengage as soon as there’s a problem.”

“Very speedy delivery - easy assembly and the table looks great. It will take a few years to mellow into the same colour as our other Alexander Rose furniture but we know it will last.”
