“There communication as relates to their website leaves much to be desired. Sometimes when I order meds, the website indicates that they are being shipped. When they don't arrive. I try again. When they still don't arrive, I call and discover that due to local laws/rules I must speak again to the prescriber ( Rocket in-house doc). It would be nice if the website let me know that or better yet gave me the option to talk with prescriber or schedule an appointment to do so. The service is great when I talk to a person.”
