“Did not receive parcel until 12 January 2023 despite paying express postage. Expected delivery to be within a few days. Guess Australia Post does the best it can.”

Although your order was shipped straight away after you ordered, AU Post experienced delays in early January. This was completely outside our control. “I was disappointed with delivery as I paid for express post over free standard delivery and it did not arrive in the said time frame. It was to late for the birthday party gift.”

Hi John, many thanks for your order with us and please accept our sincere apologies about the delivery delay. Your order was shipped straight away however AU Post experienced delays in early January due to high volumes and damage to their rail road network. This was completely outside our control. As a goodwill gesture we will refund the Express Post fee for you. Best, Rocky.
