“I was a little shocked at the fabric are you able to advise why it almost looks like a sheet towel. I ordered a few and just wanted to know what it the return policy I havent decided what to do as yet but please advise.”

“Towels were not true to size both were meant to be 200x90 however neither towel was withe one being smaller by 10mm and the other longer but narrow. Tags were placed on opposite sides of towels, indicating no real quality control with the product. Towel it’s self ok.”

“Unfortunately I have given the towel only 3 stars. The way the towel works is very good especially after a couple of washes. However, The advertised feature that attracted me was the fact that there was a different pattern on each side so that I could use it at gym. Sadly 2 out of the 3 I ordered have the same pattern on both sides which is very annoying. If I missed Simon the website I am happy to amend my review”

“Well, you asked. I ordered a set of 4 Cabana towels in blue. Turned up on time, well packaged etc. All good. Then a few days later I ordered four of the same type of towels, but in green, as a christmas present. Alas they did turn up on time, but not packaged. No original packaging, just folded and individualy put in plastic courier bags, and then all four into another courier bag. Dissapointed as now i have to make them look nice as a present, not just some cheap towels i got from Kmart. To Rockays credit they included a 15% discount voucher. Still don't know if it was because i placed multiple orders, or because of the missing packaging. On a happier note, the towels are really nice.”

“The towels were beautifully packaged and the delivery was quick. It dries super quick but it's best used as a drying towel on the side and not as a towel to lay down on. On even a slightly windy day, the weight and texture of the towel means it gets lifted by the wind very easily, you'd need to weigh down all the corners before laying down.”
