“Don’t waste your money here. I paid $80 for express shipping, only to be told two weeks later the pair I ordered wasn’t in stock. They offered a replacement, which I reluctantly accepted, but it took another week and a half to arrive — with no shipping or tracking details provided. Completely unprofessional and disappointing”

“It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received the items. The email replies have been very slow, and although I was promised an upgrade to express shipping, it was still sent via standard delivery. I paid at least AUD 90 just for international shipping.”

“You sent me someone else’s disappointing Christmas Present we wanted roller skates and never received them Then you were out of stock We hurried and bought some skates made in the U S A And my Niece loves them You were a disappointing experience!! At Christmastime”

“The roller skates came with the inner lining of the skate having come off. I was so really disappointed about this. I even have a picture of this....”
