Hi Kirsten, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you still haven't received your skates. We are located in Australia and international orders can take a little longer to reach their new homes. Delivery shouldn't be far off now, you can track the progress of your skates using the tracking number provided. If you have any questions in the meantime please let us know!
