It took over a month for my items to arrive!
No communication to say they had been dispatched or would be arriving on a specific date or time!
Just a phone call from a delivery driver saying he has tried to deliver!
I Purchased 18 roofing sheets and 6 out of 18 have arrived damaged.
I have been speaking to customer service for over 3 weeks now and we are still no further forward.
They request photos to be sent in JPG format so I have and they say they still can’t view the images.
They have also said the warehouse is not willing to accept returns without the images!!!
When you order something as important as a roof you don’t expect to have to wait over 2 months!!!!

“this is a sham of a supplier. order outstanding for more than 2 months. initial goods damaged when delivered and they refuse to communicate, complete the order or refund my money. “Items never showed up so I asked to cancel. No refund provided. Items then appeared on a truck, which I rejected. Still no refund or communication three weeks later. I had to ask the bank to step in and start a chargeback claim, which was successful and I now have the money back. Roofing megastore now owe my refund to Barclays, who I imagine are rather persistent.”
“No delivery, only stock email replies to anything. No acknowledgement of cancellation despite three emails. Hopefully should get a Paypal refund if not then small claims. Avoid at all cost.”

They will not pick up the phone, and automate response emails.
Delivery dates on their website are an outright lie. I have no idea when my items might turn up, and therefore cannot plan.
High prices, long waits and poor customer service.

“An absolutely atrocious company. It sent an incomplete order, which rejected. It gave a vague response to my subsequent order enquiry and then ignored my written cancellation.
It then took far too long, and too many broken undertakings for me to obtain the refund I was legally entitled to have.
There is nothing 'mega', about this shoddy little outfit. My investigation of it and its directors via the Companies House website was illuminating.”
