“That's a good online store. I bought a lot of things at Rosegal.com and was always satisfied. Prices are good but what I like more is always fast delivery and quality is better than in average, especially if one takes into account the price. There is no free delivery though, and in fact it is quite expensive ($4.99, unless you purchase goods for more than $45, then delivery will be free for you). But overall I definitely recommend this shop to everyone.”

“This is me real objective experience and i are willing to share this with other people. I picked up the most compact waterproof Xiaomi backpack (volume 10 liters) from the post office today. He measured his hands - length 35.5 cm, width 22.5 cm (on the back). For such money you do not need to expect something supernatural, but the backpack is very small and narrow. Folder A4 is included in the stretch. Backpack - just throw a couple of notebooks, a bottle of water and some other little things) Good quality. Material and zippers do not cause questions. The color is bright and saturated. Outside there is a small pocket with a zipper (for a telephone, keys), on the sides there are two open pockets, for example, for water 0.33. Inside there is also a small compartment, which, unfortunately, does not close. As for the delivery, the parcel was delayed a bit (11.11), but the company notified me by mail about the problems of delivery. As for me, taking into account the sale of delivery lines for 22 days does not look critical. My orders were: Z1811110938489416 from 11/11/2018.”

“One of the best stores with Chinese items. I made over 15 orders and I had no problems with delivery. Quality of product is good and you can see pictures with comments from buyers, before you make a decision to buy anything. They have many sales and occasion to buy something for very low price with special coupon or points. So far i'm satisfied.”

“One day I accidentally found out about a store like Rosegal. And I made my first order - it was a computer mouse. My order came quickly and well Packed. The quality of the product is very pleased with me! Since then, I have already made more than six orders for Rosegal and I was not mistaken in my choice! I mostly ordered women's clothes! Everything is at the highest level! The quality is great! Good support! And great prices! I recommend Rosegal!”

“Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever. Place the order, pay with credit card and assume all is well. Wait 5 days to only be notified that even though the credit card was accepted and payment authorized, they "need additional ID, like a utility bill or passport copy" to process the order. It says nothing of this on the site. Call "customer service" which was patently useless. Even they said "we can't do anything" and there no supervisor available, "we're only a pre-sale service". So useless, why do they even exist? They claim they "will delete your personal information" once your order's been shipped. I would not trust these yahoos further than I could throw them. And their method of conflict resolution? Cancel the order and issue a refund "7-14 working days later". Hell of a way to juice out a little extra interest sitting on an ex-customers money. Run, do not walk away from these charlatans. Shifty business tactics, shady business dealings and an absolute lack of anything that could be considered customer service.”

“Я купил в магазине Rosegal женскую блузку для больших людей . Товар достаточно качественный. Нравится, что регулярно бывают скидки на товары и купоны, товар доставляют за 3-4 недели, это вполне хорошо. Планирую и впредь покупать товары в этом магазине .”
