“This company is ok as long as you don't have to return anything. I bought 4 items from the UAE but I had to return 2. They gave me their UK address and I couriered the items there. Upon arrival in the UK UPS asked for their number and they have given me fake numbers that don't go through. now UPS wants to send the items back to me at a cost of £33 and I paid £10 to send the items back to the UK. I have tried to get assistance from Rosewe customer service but each time they give me the runaround or ask that I keep the items and they give me 20% refund.
When I checked their UK address it's a vacant warehouse so they are not even occupying it. I have now engaged the Trading Standards in the UK. I will not take this lying down. Such an unscrupulous company with no ethics”
