“What a difference, we couldn’t believe it was the same rug! A whole new lease of life and I think my parents wanted it back. Fabulous service, collection and delivery. Will definitely use again!”

“I was very happy with Graham's carpet cleaning/protection done in November 2021. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. The cleaning was done thoroughly and carefully. Graham also offered me some tips for protecting the carpet. I'd recommend Rothwell's.”

“Every interaction I had, from my initial email through to the return home of my rugs, the staff were helpful and friendly. The staff instilled confidence in me in there ability to care for my rugs and to do a thorough job. Confidence that was not misplaced. My rugs have returned home clean and smelling wonderful. I can highly recommend Rothwells Cleaning Service.”

“I sought an estimate from Rothwells as I needed someone to clean & seal my brick floor & needed someone who specialises in this area. From the first phone call up until the final visit, the entire service was first class. Dependable, highly professional, extremely knowledgable, tidy and courteous. The final result is excellent and I am delighted with it. Would highly recommend them. Great job Max, Oliver & Mitchell, thank you.”

“We’re so impressed with Rothwells. They collected our old, very dirty rug which had been in storage for years and returned a rug which looks nearly brand new. Really fast, professional service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“Very pleased with the efficiency of the service and that it got done more quickly than we thought. The carpets look great. I felt absolutely fine about leaving Andrew on his own in the house to get on with the job. The reason I have not given it 5 stars is that the machine in the van was pretty noisy (I think I perhaps should have warned our close neighbours as we live in a terrace) and it took a little longer than we had hoped, for the carpets to dry. However, this may have sth to do with the colder time of year we had it done!”

Thanks Carolyn & Jason. I am glad you are happy with the end result of our cleaning. Sorry it to longer than expected to dry, for faster drying times at this time of year we do normally advise the heating is turned up a bit higher than normal just after we have finished. I know the equipment can be quite loud and I am sorry about that but our van-mounted powerful units can clean and dry carpets much better than the portable machines some companies use. This extra power does mean extra noise though, sorry.
