“Very good customer service over the phone. Very low cost for the type of flights you got. Flew with very good airlines that were usually pretty empty and so got lots of leg room. Was very cheap to rearrange multiple flight dates when itenary changed.”

“RTW didn't actually 'make me happy!" because on the last trip you organised you didn't tell me my luggage would not go straight to Kathmandu via London & Duba & that l would have to leave the terminal to baggage reclaim & pay a $75 visa charge at Delhi!!! When l complained your company merely said that it's my responsibility to check on such things!! Not really good customer service eh guys?”

Hi Mick Oof - just looked into this. Yekh we were told your luggage would go right through but we did advise you should get a visa in India. But I see why you're annoyed. Come back to me next time and I'll knock $75 off your next trip. That sound fair? Regards Stuart. ps the Indian visa is now £120!

“We used Roundtheworldflights in 2011 very successfully for our first trip to Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. Once all the flights were booked and we had our itinerary set out and arranged booking hotels, car hire etc.was so easy using the internet and so much fun as you are not tied down to the rigidity of a package holiday. We liked it so much that we are repeating the process for 2018. We are off to Brazil, Chile, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. Everything is now fully booked and we are looking forward to our departure at the end of this year. We could not have contemplated such trips without the help and advise of Roundtheworldflights and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of similar trips.”

When I wanted to change a flight day during my travels, it was all done by email (I had wifi) and I was on my way. “We are pretty seasoned travellers and usually book all our own flights. However sometimes you need a bit of extra help to get the exact combination you want with a special deal. We contacted Round the World Flights and Geoff got us some great quotes and exactly what we asked. Minor changes here and there were also a breeze to do even after booking.”

“The whole experience was excellent from James helping us with all our flights to the flights themselves. We booked our hotels independantely and most of our trips but we did book a couple of trips through round the world and they were excellent. Everything worked as it was supposed to and we had a fantastic trip taking in Hong kong, Singapore, Cairns, Uluru, Sydney,Fiji and New Zealand.”

“The whole process of booking was really easy and James gave us several options to chose from. During our trip we had to make 2 changes to our plans - one time as an emergency change. In both cases it was great to have the support of someone "back home" to get everything sorted.”
