“Trip was well organised Everything went smoothly All connections worked well and apart from a little turbulence on Singapore leg flights were ok I appreciate your skill in enabling us to go to New York as other agents told us this was not possible I will recommend you to other people if I can”

“We have just arrived home from a RTW trip organised by James and would just like to thank him for his ongoing support throughout. Initially when making the booking James was helpful and patient in putting together an itinerary (and changing it several times) in order to come up with our perfect trip. Also once the trip began James was always available to contact wherever we were in the world and was prompt with his responses- making short notice amendments where necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend RTW flights and James in particular - we will definitely be using them again for our next trip. I would also like to point out that having met several people that made similar arrangements through some of RTW flights competitors, we thankfully did not experience any of the difficulties that they had once they left the UK. Thanks to RTW flights we could enjoy our trip of a lifetime without worrying about any of our travel arrangements :-)”

“I had been looking at RtW for about 18 month's trying to work out the best option to enable me to see family in Capetown SA and Brisbane Oz, whilst introducing my wife to Oz/Nz and SE asia where I worked 50 years ago, before they are totally messed up...lol. Anyhow, decide to take the plunge last week after a few emails with James outlining my ideas, he guided us through the maze of flights and options available, all the while pointing out it was our trip and our ultimate decision. So we are know looking forward to our trip starting in Feb'15, we have been joined by my sister and husband who thought the itinerary of Capetown, Sydney, Cairns, Brisbane, Auckland, Singapore, Hanoi, Phenom Penh, Siem Reap, Bangkok and Dubai a trip not to be missed. James worked wonders with the flight times flying us all the way with class airlines BA, Qantas, Qantas Connect, Emirates and in SE Asia with Vietnam Airlines, Air Asia and Cambodia Ankor. At 72, 70, 67 and 65 we didn't want any overland treks and this itinerary allows time to sight see, relax and renew family ties, thank you James an RtW.”

“We ( me, my wife and 11 yr son) had an excellent 7 week rtw trip arranged by rtwflights. Main destination was Australia (Sydney, Cairns). Spent there around 4 weeks. Other places were 3-4 days stopovers (Dubai, Singapore, Honolulu, San Francisco, Toronto, Manchester and back to Finland). We had no delays in flights and everything went smoothly by the plan...Have to say that Emirates flights were truly the best by any measure... Loads of thanks to RTW and Simon there who helped us in planning through the destinations, connections and associated information. Also the Viewtrip application in our phones was very useful and helpful. Well, just willing to start planning next trip in few years time”

“We had planned to travel around the world on our retirement having never done the gap year thing we also planned to take our 11 year old. We had contacted another well known company to plan this trip but were left disheartened having visited their offices in London. My husband found Round the World on line. I contacted them and spoke with Simon. The help and advice he has given has been invaluable. He has always responded to my requests quickly and has offered advice as regards our trip that has been really useful such as taking flights back from different locations within some of the countries. When Simon was not around which was rare other staff have been equally helpful. The cost was really competitive and we were not charged for the change in flights as some of our flights could not be booked due to them only being available 11 months prior to travel the other company were going to charge us for this. Simon had reminders for when are flights were available and contacted us he even sorted out our seating. The airlines such as Virgin, Singapore are all airlines we love using. We are really really happy with all that Simon and RTW have done for us I would recommend them to anyone planning a similar trip or gap year or any sort of world travel.”

“I have just returned from a trip to New Zealand - I booked the Captain Cook package. Everything went very smoothly - no problems or delays and the whole journey was so easy. I had stop overs in Hong Kong, Fiji and Sydney and stayed for 2 months in New Zealand. An amazing trip! It was so easy to book - Geoff was so very helpful and efficient. i was very impressed with the service he provided. The most difficult part of my journey was not going round the world but getting from my house in Kefalonia to my son's house in England - this took 23 hours! I have certainly recommended your company to several people and I am now trying to think where to go next winter!”
