“We can't recommend the guys at roundtheworldflights.com enough!! Excellent customer service!! They always responded to email queries very quickly and sorted out whatever we asked. They were great at explaining concerns and while they are an extremely professional online operation, they gave the feel that you were dealing with the local travel agent down the street. We felt our flights were great value for money and we are already planning our next around the world trip to discuss with them. Honestly, I wouldn't go with anyone else. “We have just returned from a two month trip away visiting our son and family in Melbourne Australia . Incorporating 10 days in New Zealand and finally 6 days in Beijing and going to a wedding. Alex our contact was so helpful all the way, helping us select the best routes, hotels and places to visit. Everything went so well. In China the tour guide and his driver that Alex arranged was excellent, so knowledgeable about his country and put himself out to accommodate everything the we wanted to do. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone and have done so. They were equally impressed with RTW. Thank you so much. R & V”

“Hi James Just back from our New Zealand tour - what an amazing place, felt completely blown away!! Wonderful and were the stopovers in Bangkok, Singapore and Dubai. Everything worked out perfect. “We arranged a trip to coincide with our son's visits which included flights from UK to Perth, Melbourne ,Hobart, Sydney, Aukland, Christchurch and return. All went according to plan with the international Emirates and Quantas flights including Visas, however we were let down by the Qantas internal flights which all incurred a 50% flight time delay Ie.g. 90 mins on our 3 hr flight to Aukland which cost us dearly because we were unable to make our meeting with the bank, lost our accommodation and incurred $300 taxi fares to get available accommodation on a peak weekend. I would never book internal Quantas flights anywhere due to their lack of available serviceable airplanes..even the cheap flights were on time which was even more annoying!”

“From the moment we contacted RTW, Geoff was on our case and guided us through the jungle of possibilities. Always quick and patient and always came up with good solutions snd suggestions when we were in doubt. A tour that lasted for 5 weeks and took us to 6 different countries and 4 continents went without problems. Will certainly take advantage of the service and know-how of RTW in the future. One word covers our experience: Excellent!”

“Geoff gave us very useful advice prior to our trip. This enabled me to book and plan a round the world trip with a certain amount of ease. We had to change a flight during the trip and this was done very easily. All in all it was well organised and I would have no hesitation in using the company again.”

“This was the first time that I have used Round the World Flights to book any of my travel plans and from my expierence I would certainly recommend them to anyone else planning long distance flights. Geoff was extremely helpful from the start and not only booked my tickets but also some accommodation plus selecting and reserving seats on all my flights. E ticketing was a dream as I only needed to show our passports at the check in desks on arrival at the airports, no need for extra paperwork !! Finally the overall cost was extremely good for the 9 flights we took. Thanks again for a great service. Barry from Somerset”

“Would absolutely recommend these guys, we booked from Ireland and the whole process has been so so simple. For us the single biggest benefit was the ability to change flight dates. This was done via email and Geoff or anyone else in the office when Geoff was on holiday were able to change our flights via email. I was a little skeptical of this benefit when we were booking but it really is extremely easy. We always had a reply to our queries within a couple of hours which really gives you peace of mind when on the other side of the world. We ended up changing quite a few of our flight dates on the go and it couldnt have been easier. If I do manage to go on another RTW trip I will absolutely book with these guys.”

“Thank you Sanjay. Our trip to Hong Kong, Brisbane, Sydney, Tahiti and Los Angeles went without a hitch despite my fretting and email's! Thank you for your patience. We'll be back to book next January's trip - this time including South Africa! Cheers Caroline (Walden) ps. Papeete airport is horrible to sleep in - I know it was my choice but don't let anyone sleep there again - make them book into a local airport hotel and take a later flight to Bora Bora.”

“Once again Sanjay helped us to plan an amazing holiday, London to Thai Land, Thai Land to Cairns, Cairns to Sydney, Sydney to South Africa. All flights were planned so that we could make the most of our holiday. However my partner had a heart attach whilst in NSW and we were unable to travel on to South Africa. “Dear Simon, In a world where people only make contact to complain I would like to take a moment to pay a compliment. This is my second multi stop trip that I have booked with your company via James and as you are his manager I would like you to know that he has been brilliant both times, nothing has been too much trouble, he is easily contactable, fully understands my requirements and he has made the whole process a delight. As a company you provide a fabulous deal, making a multi stop holiday much more affordable than any high street travel agent, needless to say I sing your praises to everyone I know and I will be posting a few tweets giving you a mention. “Amazing trip organised by James, so helpful and informative. Great understanding on budgets. I have used round the world before in 2009 of a 1 year trip travelling on my own and it's took all the pressure away and made me feel at ease, especially as I am a female travelling on my own.
