“Very professional, easy to deal with, and punctual (clearly important for a wedding). Jennie was on the ball throughout the process. Would recommend the company to anybody looking to provide transport for guests at their wedding.”

“We were very pleased with RouteMaster Hire from the initial contact. Jennie was always helpful, accommodated us more than we could have hoped for (we asked to have more things than just the wine bottles for our stop at Primrose Hill, and were immediately granted it's not a problem). The bus arrived on time and there were no issues. I would add, it was the HOTTEST day of the year, 37 degrees at the highest point, and the bus was with us from 1pm until 3pm approx. as there's no aircon - we brought fans with us but it wasn't enough and nothing we could really do about it. When we left the bus and got to the venue, we went inside to check everything is ready and the bus left within a second which was rather disappointing as we didn't get to have the iconic picture of us at the back of the bus. I would blame the weather about it but would suggest the bus crew to check with the bride and groom if they need anything else before leaving. Other than that, we had a lovely experience, our guests were loving it even though it was so hot, and we would definitely recommend having RouteMaster for your event.”

“Routemaster were great in accommodating all of our needs on our wedding day. They outlined a bespoke route for us to take through London to our venue so we could stop off at our favourite places and have photographs with our guests. It was dead-easy getting drink delivered to them before the day which they then served on the bus to the guests. It was overall a fuss-free event - thankyou!”

“The booking was very easy, and logistics were explained clearly and in advance of the event. I was given contact details of the driver and an iteniary was agreed. On the day, the driver turned up on time and my guests tell me that the staff were helpful and friendly. The bus was decorated and had the wording that I had requested. It was a real attraction for guests and passers-by, as I had hoped it would be! The only negative feedback I have from my guests was that it was very hot on the bus and there was no a/c- if there had been AC, I think it would have been a 5/5.”
