“The marketing on the website's homepage is a bit deceptive and not clear. You guys market "As low as...$35" but in reality I was not able to find one that was anywhere near that price. I am paying $67 monthly, literally almost doubt the amount I am selecting one of the most economical ones available. Also it is not clear if I will be billed for the 2 years or if there is a contract and refund policy is also not clear. Sadly, I am a startup business and need a virtual office for now.”

The pricing advertised on our website is relative to all of our centres globally, so, likely, that price range may not be available in your area. When purchasing on our website, customers can choose their agreement length ranging from a month-month contract to a 24-month contract. We have a 30-day refund policy in place; if you decide that you would like to cancel your agreement within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund by contacting us at refunds@rovva.com.
