“The marketing on the website's homepage is a bit deceptive and not clear. You guys market "As low as...$35" but in reality I was not able to find one that was anywhere near that price. I am paying $67 monthly, literally almost doubt the amount I am selecting one of the most economical ones available. Also it is not clear if I will be billed for the 2 years or if there is a contract and refund policy is also not clear. Sadly, I am a startup business and need a virtual office for now.”

When purchasing on our website, customers can choose their agreement length ranging from a month-month contract to a 24-month contract. We have a 30-day refund policy in place; if you decide that you would like to cancel your agreement within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund by contacting us at refunds@rovva.com.

“You do not have a customer care number that one could call or email that one could write for enquiry. Also, your agents who chat do not have enough information. I think Rovva needs to work more on customer care contact to gain trust.”
