Un sure of what the next steps are. What is my specific business address, how do I receive my mail? How do I sign up for the office space. etc

The marketing on the website's homepage is a bit deceptive and not clear. You guys market "As low as...$35" but in reality I was not able to find one that was anywhere near that price. I am paying $67 monthly, literally almost doubt the amount I am selecting one of the most economical ones available. Also it is not clear if I will be billed for the 2 years or if there is a contract and refund policy is also not clear. Sadly, I am a startup business and need a virtual office for now.

The pricing advertised on our website is relative to all of our centres globally, so, likely, that price range may not be available in your area. When purchasing on our website, customers can choose their agreement length ranging from a month-month contract to a 24-month contract. We have a 30-day refund policy in place; if you decide that you would like to cancel your agreement within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund by contacting us at refunds@rovva.com.

We're always looking to improve how we display information for our customers. Therefore, we take your feedback very seriously. The activation fee covers service set-up and mail handling from the commencement of your plan. Depending on your location, some documentation needs to be notarized to follow postal and compliance regulations. Your virtual office team will support you throughout the process, collecting and verifying all the relevant forms required for quick activation of the service. You do not have a customer care number that one could call or email that one could write for enquiry. Also, your agents who chat do not have enough information. I think Rovva needs to work more on customer care contact to gain trust.

The website crashed 2-3 times as I was trying to sign up for the service. So far, I am not impressed.

I'm left with the feeling of being ripped off. Why is there no way for me to contact support or even get my address. I saw on your pricing page that mail forwarding was included and then when I went to pay it said it now has a cost. I am concerned and on the fence about charging back this charge if I do not hear from you soon. Michael
