It is better to include one time setup fee with the prices.

the site is good. Easy to navigate. One thing that was annoying is that everytime I skipped to the next page on buildings it did not scroll down to where the buildings were. Also, the filtering does not work on pricing.

I had issues with getting my payment through and no one was able to help me right away. I was told it would take 24-48 hours before someone would get back with me.

I think this was easy. I wish I would of known the company that I had selected the office with since some of them are not great. But it was too late to change my mind after I paid.
