“Very easy to add items to your plan.able to add extra items and get 5% off which I thought was very good!! I have been paying so much more for my items previously!! Very good value for money! !????”

“After being offered an extended warranty by the manufacturer I looked at row insurance and found that they were half the price for better cover. What a deal. I couldn't refuse to take the cover and have the extra piece of mind. Brilliant.”

“Had to go online to process claim wont process a claim as cant provide proof of prchade after 4 years ... domestic and general never asked for this will be switching insurers”

Hi Kerrie, sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. In the terms & conditions you agreed to it states that appliances must have been purchased as new, as evidenced by a valid and relevant Proof of Purchase.
