“Quick, easy, fairly cheap and helpful staff”

“This site is the best for support the fastest at delivering. However, all this clearly comes at a cost and one that is significantly above others. Whilst conducting market research I've found clear competition. This is on a site called realm items. They may have slow delivery due to there being only one staff that comes online about 7 ish, but all of this is worth it as they smash your prices out of the water. your 48 life pots are about £2 cheaper than there 64 for this reason when buying items of this kind i will shop at realm items. You do have some good feature for e.g. your CSGO case style random mule opening.”

“Brought a surprise box for £6 on 'special offer' from £9 it turned out that I won 5k blood runes (1200k,1.2m). Waste of money!! It should be a 3m minimum win. Won't be buying that again. Apart from that it was fast delivery.”

“The delivery service is flawless I got nothing to say. However its so annoying that if I use my mothers credit card someone needs to call and talk to us to see if she is ok with the purchase, that is why I'm probably not going to buy on this site a second time.”

“Customer service was great, and received order fast. But as I played rs back in 2005, I seen party hat sets for 5 dollars and thought "awesome". To my disappointment the items are worthless in game now. May still consider using service in future, but just seems shady to sell worthless items for 5 dollars each in my personal opinion.”

“It was a good professional website which I liked using it was easy to navigate around the site, and buying products was easy, the part where I became annoyed was when after I had made my purchase I was then told I had to organise the delivery on a live chat, so I went on the live chat, then the person on the live chat told me they had to ring me, it was too much hassle which wasn't made clear until after the purchase... I have never had to have someone ring me when I have already gave them my money for their product I just don't understand why you would need to do that. the person wasn't very polite on the phone either when I couldn't understand what they were saying. Having said this they delivered the product in the time they said they would, so I probably would use them again as the phone thing is for first time buyers only.”
