“Appalling. Yes you did in fact complete the task I had purchased from yourselves. But no more than an hour of receiving a confirmation of completion I log in to find my account cleared out. This is by no means a coincident and I am just greatfull that this is a new account and not my main. Again, Jim@rpgstash.com. would you care to get back to me a paying customer any time soon? Or would the term victim be much more fitting in this instance? Terrible customer service management, "Jim" DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT.”

“The first time a made a purchase I had no issue everything went smoothly but the second purchase I made they wanted me to verify who I was by sending them pictures after they already had my money... I successfully got a refund but this website is too much hassle”

“Very angry. First of all I put two chests in my shopping cart and ordered them, then cart then emptied and it gave me a failed error. I then refilled my cart with the items I wanted and made the purchase. PayPal then sent me TWO receipts. So the first one actually went through when it said it didn’t. 40 minutes later I finally got my chests opened and when I met the in game player, they only gave me loot for one chest. I even tried telling them they forgot my other loot and wouldn’t respond to me. I am very very upset about this. Someone please contact me”

“I bought a runescape account that said it was available on the site, stats being 70 attack 45 defense and 99 strength, after hours of waiting someone got into contact with me and told me that they had made a mistake and did not have that account available. They then proceeded to try and give me an account with 72 attack 92 strength and 70 defense, which is in no relation to the account I had wanted in the first place. They then kept trying to push other accounts on me and presented me with a 60 attack 80 strength 1 defense 80 range pure, a pure/zerker is what I wanted so I said yes. I still believe the amount I paid is worth way more than the account you have supplied me with, I might put in a dispute for my money back because I feel I got ripped off. Also the guy that took my order I believe should not have taken my information or my payment especially if the character at hand was not in stock.. I have ordered from you guys a lot and I have never had this happen and I am very disappointed because I loved this company.”

“This site used to be awesome. I have won 100m off 80p before. I recently spent £25 all I got was dragon bones... not even frost dragons like they used to be, 3x “vip” Chests at £5 a go just for bones aswell! Defiantly fixed, not happy.”

“I’ve used this service for over 6 months now and have spent a couple hundred pound with yourselfs as you can see on my account history, I was given a free chest with a voucher code I used and on checkout I spoke to another person via your char service who offered me 500k basically as a hush and said that it was no longer available I provided screenshots to them and they still refused my free chest, also I have used the same card throughout my purchases, and after about 8 purchases they wanted to phone to verify I am the person, they proceeded to do this 5x after on other purchases after me offering to send my picture and I.d I have since used other sites and not had this problem, thankyou for the previous service because it was fast and trusted”

“The gold here is way over priced you can get ot from pauctions for half of what these guys charge. And also their mystery chests are a joke after opening hundreds i did not hit the "rare drop table" even once. Save your momey there are much better sites”
