"Rspca are not there for the well being of animals and that is a fact.Do not donate to these murderers they kill innocent animals.poor destiny was only a puppy fit and well and they killed her weekend just gone stating she had behavioural issues and a limb issues independent animal behaviouralist visted destiny roughly 6 months ago and said she was fine.Also behaviouralist stated she would take her to her kennels to which the RSPCA POINT BLANK REFUSED THEY WERE ADAMANT ON KILLING THIS POOR DOG."

"RSPCA came out to our warehouse to remove a Barn Owl. Barney had been in our warehouse 24 hrs already. They turned up during peak hours and did attempt to coax him out with a dead mouse on fishing line. This was on Tuesday 25\/07\/23\r\nThey left at lunch time and I never heard from them again. Even though they said they would try to come back the next day 26\/07 at 3pm with a cherry picker and bag him while he was asleep. Everything just seemed to be in the too hard basket for them.\r\nToday unfortunately we found Barney dead on the warehouse floor. Now this owl was huge and really such a shame that he was just left to die. We had informed RSPCA that there was nothing for him to eat or drink in the warehouse as we had done pest control recently. \r\nNow I don't know about you but i know how much funding RSPCA get as i used to raise money for them. This is very disappointing. Not even a follow up call once in the proceeding days. I will never support RSPCA again. This big beautiful bird is dead now bc you just couldn't be consistent and really try to save him."

"Our much loved pet cockatoo, Louie free flies some afternoons, we live on acreage area in Burbank. We do not cut Louies wings as it places further stress on him and he always returns home when we call out to him. A kind neighbour passing by our property thinking he was lost took Louie to Underwood 24 hour Vet. Sadly this vet didn't carry out their due diligence and call me as Louie is microchipped and wears a band, instead caused further grief and had him transported to the RSPCA!! Neither of these services called and I lost a days work hunting the area causing 2 sleepless nights. Eventually because of facebook displaying the C.A.R registration I contacted the RSPCA who confirmed Louie was there, we then had to endure a further 7 hours yesterday before we were allowed to collect him!. Louie started plucking his feathers 5 years ago due to anxiety when I am away for work. Sadly, he has been treated as an abused bird by both this vet and RSPCA. He was dehydrated due to the trauma of being taken and spending the night at the vet. Why?? why?? if a cockatoo displays this common plucking behaviour did either of these services call the owner but rather cause further grief to both the cockatoo and owners?? Where is due diligence? Where is empathy? Furthermore we now have to justify to the RSPCA that our beautifully loved and cared for baby has been treated for plucking. He has been under the care of the best avarian bird vet in Australia!! Adrian Gallagher, Brisbane Bird Vet!"

"Horrific!\r\nAsked for advice on home euthanasia for dog, they suggested doing it, I requested 1-2 days to sort cremation they agreed, later that day a phone call from RSPCA she can collect my dog in 20 minutes, I told her no that's not long enough to say goodbye and organise with crematorium, she called me an Animal Abuser! asking for 1-2 days to organize cremation that's Animal Abuse! She has never seen the dog!\r\nI have mental health problems and this triggered a episode, I hung up on her after saying I'm a Animal Abuser. 15 minutes later she knocked on my door, I ignored, she then left a voice message \"because you have not answered the door I have contacted the police to collect the dog\"\r\nThat is horrific! I called to help the dog and they turned it on me makeing a hard situation into a horrific one!\r\nI was crying in fear of losing the dog, I hope no one has to go through what I just did.\r\nAnything is better than RSPCA please call anyone else!\r\nP.s I still have the dog would not let her touch him"

"Found an animal that had been neglected and told them all about the owner and the neglect No interest what so ever. Previous neighbours have been reporting them for a long time too. I took it in to treat it for worms fleas and feed until they could get an officer to speak to them once they were back. Rang them to say the owner was back can you send someone to have a word and also collect the cat no interest again. I tried helping but because it had a chip it meant no one could help even though it was neglected. Would score zero if I could"

"I used to support the RSPCA, in fact my wife used to help out at the weekend many years ago. Then I heard that they had destroyed 10 healthy German Shepherd\u2019s with a captive bolt gun dragging each one out of its kennel and killing it in front of the others . This is a terrible cruel way to kill any healthy animal and pushing a metal rod in the brain of the dog after the bolt gun is used to make sure the poor creature is dead. It\u2019s known as pithing and the operator of such a device needs to be correctly trained in how to use. The U.K. German Shepherd rescue had offered to take these animal but were refused. Since I heard about this I started looking into reviews and found out they have a dreadful reputation in the U.K. For reasons stated above I will never support such an organisation and there are plenty of accounts of this organisation that have harassed vets, lawyers and former employees resulting in one lady taking her own life."

"Log: 951178\r\n\r\nHi, I just wanted to thank John Brooks from RSPCA today because I am genuinely so pleased at how caring he is towards animals. \r\n\r\nMy household indoor cat got stuck on the second floor high roof. It climbed from my attic window all the way four houses straight.\r\nI could not have asked anybody else to resolve the sticky situation we were in, as fast and effectively as John did. \r\nHe asked the right questions and analysed the back and front of the roof to find all the possibilities on how to get the cat down safely. \r\nHe asked the fire brigade to come as it was an emergency and my cat was starved and stuck between two edges of the roof. \r\n\r\nJohn showed kindness and sympathy for my cat which was very heart warming to see. \r\nJohn also showed amazing problem solving skills as he communicated well with the fire brigade to make it easier for them to lure the cat back safely.\r\nMy cat was running away from the ladder as it was very frightened however the fire brigade finally got him with a net and John helped them bring the cat down from the ladder very gently so the cat does not get hurt in any way, from the net. \r\nHe was careful enough to put the cat in the cage but when he saw the cat became agitated and scared he took the cat in his arms and safely put him in our home. \r\nI am very relieved and happy with John\u2019s performance today morning. \r\nOur cat has already become playful as he normally is now that he knows he is safe. \r\nOur street cat who gets scared easily of strangers also came to John which just shows what a natural animal lover John is.\r\nI want to thank John for his fantastic hard work and will forever be grateful to John and a special thanks to the Fire Brigade team and RSPCA Team for all bringing my household cat safely home.\r\nSincerely Asma"
