“This is a nice LP bracket the problem is it does not fit the Rubicon steel bumper as advertised. The center screw lines up perfect but the two outer screws don’t and the bracket ends hit the left and right screws. So I had to modify bumper/bracket in order for this to work.”

You ordered one for the Wrangler JK (2007-2018) steel bumper, you have a 2018+ JL or JT and this is why the license mount does not fit; the correct one will fit. Overall happy with the product and the look. Well made and very sturdy when installed. However took longer than expected to install due a couple issues…
- While the mounting bracket screws screws fit the product, they didn’t fit through the Jeep’s frame hole, so had to drill the hole a little bigger in the frame. Then screw wouldn’t go in all the way so had to drill hole through another part of frame so it could fit down securely.
- Only 2/3 holes allowed for the top bumper mounting screws to pass through. The third one had part of the bracket blocking the screw. Had to cut screw down by 1/8-inch and wedge a nut under the bumper to help the screw fit securely.
Gave 4 Stars due to extra work and time involved having to make sure it mounted securely to my specific Jeep, which may have been part of the issue for that.”
