“Always count on the friendly staff at Rubitrux…they have always taken good care of me for many years! If you can dream it they can build it! They not only build them…they wheel them! Top name brands available to install…they only use products that work…very knowledgeably from mall cruisers to rock jumpers! Give them a call”
“Great post-sale service from Dillon on the RubiTrux team! I had an issue with the Warn winch plate I purchased as part of the 'build your own bumper' kit. He was able to recommend/ship me different plate (Maximus-3) that worked great and refunded me for the Warn plate once I returned it. Easy and helpful.”
“I had my 22 Wrangler regeared. It is a six speed manual transmission that has 35 on it and needed more low end. RubiTrux hooked me up with a set of 4.56 gears from Yukon.”
“I recently purchased a 392 Moab from RubiTrux, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Before committing, I spent a lot of time researching different off-road builders, and RubiTrux consistently stood out for both the quality of their builds and their reputation for customer service. Even other off-road companies I spoke with were familiar with RubiTrux and had nothing but good things to say, which gave me a lot of confidence going in.
Throughout the process, I worked closely with Clinton, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was always available to answer my questions, very professional, and easy to talk to. Honestly, it felt more like chatting with a knowledgeable friend than dealing with a sales rep, which made the whole experience that much better.
So far, I’ve really enjoyed both the process and the Jeep itself. Everything has lived up to what I was hoping for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RubiTrux to anyone looking for a high quality build and a smooth, customer-focused buying experience.”
“Installed an AEV lift on my 24 392 that I provided . Jeep was completed as promised and picked up when promised. Install went well and have had no problems with the install. Couple issues that could have been better. When discussing the install and costs, which I understood an alignment was included as I was given a price of the job. When I arrived to pick the jeep up, the alignment was a separate cost of 155$. And when I asked for the alignment sheet/printout, none was given and no attempt was made to get it. Not big issues, but if it had been explained in advance of the additional costs, it would have been a better experience. Also, parts unused in the lift , were not returned with the jeep. (Travel blocks and rear sway bar spacers). 392 already had these spacers. Again, not a big deal, but could be better. But overall, the work was done well and I’ve had no problems with the jeep.”
“I have visited a couple of times for my Gladiator build and each time, they were waiting for my scheduled appointment, had all parts in-hand and took care of everything in a professional manor. The workwas excellent, professionally done and checked for proper operation. Nate in sales and my mechanic Chris are always on point. those guys, along with Jessie the GM sincerely sem to value your business. Would not go anywhere else.”
“We have purchased a Jeep warngler Rubicon Recon edition from Rubitrux as well as had modifications done to it. Every expereince has been fantatsic! The rubitrux team is top notch and I recommend them to anyone looking for a customized Jeep.”
