“Arrived on time, built to a good standard & timber quality was great 👍 I am a full time landscaper & know how things should be! generally order from local suppliers but they were unable to help. Wasn’t disappointed & will be using again! 5 ⭐️”

“Excellent product at a sensible price and delivered by an excellent courier (Jackson’s Courier Svs) who barrowed the planter to the top of my garden which was appreciated as it weighed 40 LG’s. I have added a trellis so that I can grow climbing roses in the raised bed.”

“Website as easy to use and did give useful details about precise sizing. We ordered some sample of the Shiplap we were contemplating and that arrived promptly by post office mail. The tracking App made us aware of where our delivery was for the order we then placed and it was delivered promptly and the driver helped us carry it through to our garden.”

“I ordered some picket fence panels, posts and gravel boards from Ruby online. Great straightforward site to use. My order was confirmed and was kept updated regarding the progress of my order and delivery date. I received further updates to confirm delivery date and time. I could track the driver on the app and everything was spot on. The driver arrived, a smart, polite lad that offloaded the goods with no fuss. The quality of the panels are superb, a bit more expensive than most, but worth the extra - beautiful planed all round finish and well treated with preservative. Would I use Ruby again? Without hesitation. Do I have any links to the company? No, I am a genuinely satisfied customer.”

“The difference between a good company and an excellent company is the customer service and aftersales. I purchased Western Red Cedar. Some peices were damaged in transit, no fault of Ruby. Tyla in Customer Service was superb, and had the whole issue resolved promptly with replacements received within days.”

“Absolutely brilliant company for my order. Kept me up to date with delivery expectations. The guy who delivered my wood was a legend (Driver no 5). I was wearing a leg cast, following an injury, and he insisted on carrying my order to my back garden to help me out. The planed cedar planks I ordered are lush. I was genuinely blown away. Beautiful colour, very well planed and way better than I had imagined. Needless to say I am super happy with this delivery. I was worried. I had spent a lot of money, had never used this company before and was well aware of bad internet risks. Now I have 1 reliable supplier of top quality wood that I will undoubtedly use again and recommend to anyone one that wants great value for money. Thank you guys.”
