“Ordered 3 "H" posts over the lock down restrictions period and was amazed and very pleased when they turned up only a few days later. Notification of their arrival was very good as you can track the delivery driver's route right to your door. Fantastic service. Well done Ruby.”

“Excellent customer relations. The member of the team that took my order was very engaging and had good product knowledge. His advice regarding the wood was spot on and the summerhouse facias look brilliant! Thank you. The wood itself was good quality, sturdy, unwarped. Planks are tidy, flat and tightly secured for delivery. Delivery is swift from time of order. Considering the Corona Virus situation I certainly didn't expect such proficiency. Driver very polite, helpful and communicative. He kindly placed the planks inside the back gate, realising I was unable to lift the planks myself. Thank you, very much appreciated. I have placed several small/domestic orders for wood with Ruby UK, and I can honestly say I am very glad to have discovered them.”

“We usually use our local timber merchant, so I was very sceptical about some online firm. I’m now totally blown-away with how brilliant Ruby have turned out to be! Our previous timber place has become very unreliable with ever increasing prices and long waits for some products. Ruby have a really easy ordering system online and a very helpful and efficient customer service team. The delivery tracker was accurate to the minute. The quality of the timber is excellent. An absolute turn-around from me. I’ll be using Ruby again and again.”
