“Found Ruby uk by chance and have been really pleased with their service and products. The picket fencing is much sturdier than anywhere else i have found, great length 4x4 10ft post to cut in half for fence. Massive choice of screws. Had a wrong size shelf delivered and I had no trouble getting replacement. Fantastic”

“Ordered larch T&G and boards to make a gate. I ordered 10 and used 6, good job really as 2 or 3 were unusable. I expected some wastage so I recommend ordering more than what you need. Good company though, will use again. Shame about the waste wood They have since refunded me for the damaged lengths. Thank you!”
