“I ordered a machine to be delivered today and when log in into the tracking now will be delivered “maybe tomorrow” , if so arranged these days is because is the time I am off to be able to clean. No body informed me of the delay until I checked the tracker when I called rug doctor a non helpful lady only said that didn’t fit in the van when I said I need to escalate a raise a complaint told me I have to contact directly myself the courier. Well I didn’t choose the courier and they should we handling this. Also when I asked that then I should be entitled to have it one more day due delay all she said it is she is not arranging this and I will have to call again tomorrow to ask. Awful awful customer service no help, no assistance and awful company that you pay to book on a certain date of your convenience but they do send it to you when the fancy with no information or even offering an apology and a compensation. I am right now checking an alternative one to cancel this one as this is not a nice company”
