“Ordered and paid for a fly rug in the sale only to receive an email the following day to say that there was an issue with their system and that they actually didn’t have any stock. A refund was given, however, I was very disappointed not to be able to have the rug.”
Thank you for the review. I am so sorry that we did not have the item available to dispatch. We try very hard to keep our stock as accurate as possible but unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong which can be as a result of wrong packing lists received by us from the factory or a human error along the way. It is something that unfortunately happens to us from time to time and don't think the issue is unique to just ourselves. Apologies again but pleased that you got our communication and refund.
