Thank you for the review. This product is one of the very few in the range which is not a Ruggles design but something we added as thought it was such a good idea. We have sold these mats for a few years now and to be honest this is the first negative comment we have had and they are extremely popular. Sorry that you were disappointed with it and when I next meet with our supplier of this product will feedback your comments.
