“Ordered a small rug, but only received the underlay. I phoned, and was told that the rug would follow shortly. low amd behold ! I received another underlay- still no rug. Phoned again, and was told that the matter would be looke into. - to be continued”

“I ordered a mat but miscalculated my measurements. I emailed to ask if I could cancel my order, and they processed it immediately! and also asked if I wanted a store credit. I was so surprised and delighted—they really went above and beyond. Amazing customer service, truly 5*”

“The Rug Shop is amazing! I needed some rugs quickly for Xmas (crawling grandson). I also needed them to be washable (cats). I am so happy with the rugs I ordered. They were classed as outdoor/indoor so I was expecting something of lower quality. I was surprised! Top quality, short pile, soft to touch and beautiful vintage look. Delivery was super fast and price was a bargain (clearance). Would never shop anywhere else for Rugs again.”
