“Unfortunately I am unable to give you a review as I still don’t have my rug. Maybe you need to ask fedex what they think of my new rug!!!! I am in touch with the company director and I am happy with his personal assurances that I will receive a rug from you someday in the future.”

“Quality of product is great at the price offered. I have used Kukoon rugs before, and always liked their product at the affordable price they give. But with Rugshop, I can see the quality is much much better at very same price range. Delivery was delayed by a day or so, but altogether it's 5 on 5.”

“We loved our rug so much that we purchased another one! Dirt doesn't seem to get caught in the fibers beyond what requires a broom or small vacuum to remove! Easy to care for, lovely compliment to our wood floors. Easy to order and received promptly. Thank you.”
