“Having spent a great deal of time searching online for that one perfect rug, I found it at last on your site. The Tundra white/silver rug is absolutely gorgeous and adds the finishing designer touch to my white/grey living room. The deep shag pile has a soft silky feel and is warm and inviting. It is most definitely a statement piece on my oak floor and has received many compliments. Service is first class, delivery time less than 2 days and very well packaged. All this for a very affordable price.”

“The product, price and service I received were all excellent! The rug arrived when expected (courrier informed me of the hour to expect it) and once I opened it and very closely inspected it, I found one of the stitches had pulled. The RugStore NE arranged for delivery of a new rug, collection of the old one with no hassles and within a few days. I really felt that they cared about my satisfaction. The rug (Silver Jewel) is excellent quality (sometimes hard to see online), I absolutely love it and I would definately use them again.”

“I was struggling to pay for this item online, due to my computer problems, not Rugstore, so rang to ask for help. A charming man sorted it all out and the rug which was not in stock, still managed to arrive within 3 days- it is just lovely, and there will be one happy granddaughter at Christmas.
