“This rug was delivered very quickly, was packaged well, and the delivery company arrived when they said they would. The rug is very'plush' and soft, much better than the description implies - that it is made of polypropylene is not obvious. The rug is made in Turkey to very high standards, is fire resistant, and appears to be treated to resist stains. A happy customer!”

“Recently ordered a rug I was kept up to date regarding dispatch as it was initially out if stock. Email confirmations and texts are efficient and informative. My item was still received in a little over a week and just in time for Xmas! Based on my experience I would recommend RugStore.”

“delivery very good only one bad point received two emails which you said was your delivery agent but could not read them resulting with a phone call to you to find out what they said which was a waste of time and money”

“I have coveted this rug for about a year now so when my mother offered to get it for me, I was delighted. I placed the order there and then (Tuesday morning) and was told that they would be getting it in within the next 7- 10 days and would send it to me then. Despite this, I received the rug exactly a week later and I am delighted!!! It is absolutely beautiful and looks amazing in my dining room. Service was swift and courteous and I would definitely recommend this company and this product. One very happy customer.”
