“The NEStore responded to my order with great promptitude and kept me informed of its progress. I have been using the sheepskin in bed to help prevent bedsores. It looks and feels like a quality product and thus far has proved very satisfactory. I shall await .with interest an attempt to wash in a machine according to the instructions”

“I ORDERED A RUG ON 12/1/15 AND I WAS TOLD OIT WOULD BE ABOUT 7 DAYS. THAT WAS NO PROBLEM, BUT TO MY AMAZMENT IT ARRIVED 4 DAYS LATER, NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE. WELL DONE RUGSTORE AND A BIG THANKYOU FROM ME. I WILL BE USEING YOU AGAIN.”

“Very pleased with the rug, and the service from Rugstore. The courier had some issues with delivery as it was the week before Xmas, but a guy from Rugstore called me to let me know what was happening and chased up the courier to make sure it was all taken care of. Very impressed, and pleased with the new rugs. Highly recommend!”

“I'm totally in love with this rug!. Exactly what I wanted, the colours are great and I couldn't find the design anywhere else. Was a little worried about buying a rug on the net however constant updates from rugstore and promt delivery I couldn't be more pleased. Yes it's a very deep pile shaggy rug and I have a dog but I don't care and she seems to like its depth too, so will be well maintained.”
