“I am very impressed with this company. The website is easy to use and has good clear pictures of the rugs. The staff are extremely helpful and kept us updated on delivery timescale. “I was really impressed with the service. Ordered Sunday. Txt message Monday to say that it would be delivered Tuesday. Left in a secure place as instructed on my online order. Really pleased with the quality and price of the rug. Wouldn't have found it cheaper anywhere. Many thanks and would definitely recommend to others.”

“I felt a bit anxious purchasing a rug online as i wasn't sure whether the colours shown on my screen would be the same as the actual colours. Or how the rug would feel to to touch. I needent have worried. The colours were spot on and the rug feels lovely and soft and it was a great price. The web site was easy to use and so was the payment process. I ordered on a sunday afternoon and it arrived on tuesday. Excellent all round. Can highly recommend.”

“I was looking for a William Morris pattern rug and looked at several websites which offer the same or very similar products. I found that Rugstore was not only very competitive on price, they offered faster delivery than others and also had the option of non-slip underlay. The latter was important as the rug would lie on a recently renovated wooden florring. The rug arrived even sooner than I had ared hop and looks fabulous. I can recommend Rugstore without reservation!”

“We purchased a hemp stripe rug which we are delighted with. It looks even better in the flesh and has a nice pile to it. Unfortunately I had a problem with the non-slip under matting due to a chemical sensitivity (not that uncommon for me with rubber products). Customer services was excellent even though this is the first time a customer has had such a problem. No quibble and a very quick refund. Would use again and am happy to recommend.”
