“I have used the Rug Store for a couple of years. The service is always great and we are never disappointed with the product when it arrives. Prices are really good and the range of rugs is really brilliant, something for everyone. Will be back very soon for some more.”

“Excellent service. Delivered within a hour window on Monday morning after being ordered less than a week before. Underlay cut to size and rugs were exactly as seen on the web site. The colours were perfect. Thank you. This is the third time we have used RugStore NE and will continue to use them again when we need more rugs. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a rug last year from Rugstorene and from ordering my rug to the delivery I was impressed. My rug was a sale item and it's still going strong, it takes a pounding because I have a German Shepherd, but it still looks like new. The only place I would by a rug from is here, also great customer service, keep up the good work! Dawn - Catterick Garrison”

“like any good rug, it pulls the room together perfectly. dogs like rolling on it and their hair doesnt show up immediately. great value at £105.”
