“Second time ordering from this company. Fabulous good quality rugs. Delivery excellent, 3 days from ordering rug was delivered and we live in N. Ireland. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I first tried to buy a rug from you last year but at the time you were out of stock of the rug I wanted. I was impressed though with how you tried with phone calls to help me. So this year I had no hesitation in coming back to you for a rug for my conservatory and I am very pleased with it. Your customer care and service are excellent and your prices are good. The delivery was quick too. A very good company to deal with.”

“Hi Rugstore My name is Paul Miles & I recently ordered a rug from Rugstore. On taking delivery of the rug I found that I had ordered the wrong colour. SO. I immediately rang rugstore & spoke to a delightfull lady by the name of Alison, who just calmly told me there was no problem & promptly ordered me the rug in the right colour. Later that week Alison rang me to say that my exchange rug had arrived and when would I like it delivered, we agreed a date & that was that. May I just say that the service you provided after MY mistake was impeccable & the lady named Alison is a credit & a asset to your company. Again Many Thanks Paul Miles”
