“Very impressed with the product. It was easy to shop online with good and easy to browse website. Delivery was little late than expected but I understand this is mainly due to the product had to be delivered from different provider which is fine. When delivery confirmation was received it was bang on time swift delivery. So, well done!”

“I saw the rug I wanted elsewhere and the shop in question was frustratingly slow and promised delivery in 6-8 weeks, then lost the order. Rugstore NE delivered within 2 weeks, with no hassle at all, and plenty of information throughout. The rug itself is gorgeous. I'm very happy.”

“Very impressed with delivery speed and the rug delivered was beautiful and worth the money I spent. Only negative was that the rug was damp as it was raining that day and it must have been left out in the rain.”

“I came across this company while surfing the net. I wanted a good quality wool contemporary rug for my living room. I found exactly what I wanted at RugstoreNE. The website was easy to use, the photographs stunning. I ordered an InaluxeIX03 170x120 it arrived within a week the quality was amazing and the colours exactly the same as on the website. This is a first class company offering first rate rugs with a first rate service. I will use them again for rugs in my other rooms.”
