“First Class service and products. I ordered a pair of matching classic rugs which came from Belgium. The delivery dates were better than quoted and when the items were received they were excellent quality. The only problem was the carrier (UK Mail) who failed to deliver on the day (Friday) quoted which meant I would have to wait until Monday night for them to arrive. However when I contacted RugStore NE they went to the trouble to get them to me on the Saturday for which I was very grateful. I found RugStore NE very helpful in the helping me select the rugs and they did everything possible to check availability and delivery.”

“The team at RugStore NE could not have been more helpful and accommodating. When the items I wanted were not in stock they were ordered and delivered promptly and I was well informed of what was happening at all times. The quality of the runners I bought are great and I would not hesitate to order from them again. All in all a great experience!”
