Website very detailed and easy to navigate; had to order in the rug we chose but in stock within a few days and delivered straight away. Kept informed at all stages of progress. Very pleased with the quality of the hand-woven Indian rug we purchased.”

“2nd buy from RugstoreNE, always a good price and very good when it comes to delivery, you do have a say in when and where you want your items delivered, so that's good. Found the last rug to be of good quality and as we've bought the same one (had an accident with the other) we are expecting the same. “I am absolutely delighted with my two rugs: Squiggle Yellow and Eden Green, although I would say Eden Green did arrive looking a bit darker than on the screen (I know, all screen resolutions differ), but for my lounge that was even better than I was expecting - deep rich colours! Both rugs wonderful quality, lovely thick pile. Also, I placed my order on the net, received an immediate advice, expected the delivery to take some time and both rugs arrived within four days. I shopped around and quite honestly could find nowhere of better value. If you are looking for a rug - this is the only place you should go!”

“We ordered 2 Mammoth Rugs on the 27th of May and they arrived on the 3rd of June. They are exactly what we were looking for and more - super deep and super super soft!! :-)”
