“The rug arrived very promptly and customer service was great, kept me updated and sent me a tracking number. The price was very good, and the rug is nice, but I was expecting the colours to be more vivid based on the pictures on the website, but they are slightly grey-ish. The finishing touches on the sides of the rug are not that great, although it's not that visible. I do think however that it's good value for money.”

“The rug is very good but the colouring was not exactly what was shown. It would have been helpful to see the rug in more detail i.e. be able to enlarge an area to see the colours that ran through it which did not show on the picture.”

“We ordered our rug on a saturday. We received an email saying it was out of stock but would be in within a week. 3 days later we received an email saying it would be delivered the next day, which it was, so we were pleased with the result.”

“I was happy with the service and liked the rug when it arrrived sooner than expected. Since it has been down it has developed a crease, I am hoping that this will settle and flatten. It was as it appeared on the web site .”

“The beige rug with purple bamboo feels luxuriously thick and soft and looks very stylish. I was impressed with the choice of rugs and sizes available and the speed with which my order was processed. I was less impressed with the post office for leaving it outside my front door - I thought it would at least require a signature, but then delivery was free...”

“Good value - cheaper than other sites for the same product. Kept us informed of the progress of the order and delivery was well within the time specified. Unfortunately the wrong rug was sent but a quick phone call was all it took for the right one to come the following day and the wrong one collected. Apologies were given on the phone. All in all a good purchase experience - would buy from here again.”
