“Good website.Immediate response to tell me the item I had ordered was out of stock and the date of new stock and delivery to me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. and delivery was on time, tracked and delivered well wrapped. What more can you ask except more of the same. Item was what I expected it to be. “I was impressed with the speed in which the rug was delivered and to the correct address which doesn't always happen. The rug is perfect for what I am looking for in size and colour and I am very happy that I chose The Rug Store and would recommend them to other people”

“great website, good communication by email and by phone about delivery timescales. When the courier incorrectly routed one package the courier emailed me, but the rugstore called immediately to confirm I understood there would be a delay and apologised. great service thanks”

“We placed our order online and immediately received an E-mail to say the product wasn't in stock but would be available in 10/14 days. We then received a further mail about a week later saying the product was now in stock and would be delivered the next day. Sure enough it arrived as promised and we are delighted with it.Good job!”
