“The customer service and deliveries are brilliant. Although the rug I ordered was not the correct colour, the service was brilliant to pick up the rug and offer other available rugs”

“The service was excellent. Order one day deliver the next. I made a mistake on the colour of the first rug and contacted the company by phone. The staff were more than helpful and in this instance the first rug was returned upon delivery of the second. No protracted paper work or refund and re-sale. Other companies should take an example from this super efficient company. I would most certainly recommend them and use them again in the future. Thank you!”

“I ordered a rug on Friday am, it was despatched 2 hours later and arrived on schedule. I am very surprised by its excellent quality, especially as it was cheap and no postage charge. I am totally satisfied and would recommend the company to relatives and friends, without any qualms. In the jargon of many adverts "Buy it!" R.P.”
